Meet Your Teachers

Mrs. Graff
Terri Graff has taught school for 17 years, 13 of those being in 5th grade.  She loves the 5th grade curriculum, and she adores 5th graders.

Mrs. Graff and her husband, Mike, have 5 children:  3 boys and 2 girls, ranging in ages from 32 to 20.  She also has 2 darling granddaughters with one more on the way.  Spending time with her family is her favorite activity.  She enjoys 4-wheeling, volleyball, reading, and oil panting.  She enjoys traveling, and has been to Thailand, Armenia, Mexico, Russia, and Europe.

Music is a very important part of her life.  She sings in the Mormon Tabernacle Choir, and plays in a piano quartet.  She also plays the clarinet, guitar, and cello.  She loves chocolate, cinnamon bears, buttered popcorn flavored taffy and jelly bellies, and any cookie that is gluten free.

Mrs. White
Welcome back to school!  I am really excited to get to know all of you wonderful students this year!  This year I will be teaching math and guided reading during the morning and Mrs. Graff will be doing writing, shared reading and science/social studies in the afternoon.  We have a ton of fun things planned as well as a great list of new things to learn.  I hope you are geared up and ready to go just as much as I am.  I have a wonderful poem to share that will help us understand what the year has to offer:

A Circle of Friends by unknown
We've joined together as classmates
as the new year begins...
A year full of learning
while we become friends.
We'll share and be kind
as we work and play.
And our friendship will grow
with each passing day.

Welcome to this school year!

About Me:
I have taught for 8 years, this is my 3rd year here.  I really love teaching and learning, which I love to bring into the classroom.   I graduated from BYU-I.

My family consists of me, my husband Dan, and 2 children.  I have Lincoln who is 3 and Cora who is 2.  I love playing with my family and when it isn't too hot or too cold, the outdoors are the best place to be.  My favorite sport is basketball and I adore crafting and cooking.
